1996 Konami

One of the first - if not the first - minigame collections, precursor to modern games like Wario Ware and Four Second Fury, and utterly nuts.  Played with three buttons per player, this game delights in being completely bonkers.

Up to three can play simultaneously, making Super Bishi Bashi Champ a great party game (Thank goodness for laptops with S-Video out sockets).  Presentation is the usual high standard you'd expect from Konami, it's very easy to pick up and play, controls are as simple as they get, and the pacing of each game is in the fast-and-furious sweet spot.
Of course, the game is let down by a lack of depth, but come on, what did you expect?  It's a popcorn game, even moreso than most other arcade games.  Played in the company of good friends, this game is sure to delight just about anyone.  Played on your billy, it'll probably be a little bit boring after the first few minutes.
